3 Necessity Supplements for Flu and COVID Season

We are told 20 different things a day with regards to what is the best thing to help you get healthier. It's become more difficult with time to determine what is real and what isn't. Who do you believe?  We get it. That's why we have done a lot of sifting for you. Our hope is that we can simplify this discussion for you and point you in the right direction. Our goal is that you actually get the desire you are looking for: to get healthier and stay that way without all the bull honkey. Here is our recommendation on what all adults and kids should be taking year round and especially this time of year going into "sick" season. 

1. Greens - Out are the days of the multi-vitamin. They don't work. You don't digest them and therefore you don't get a benefit from them. Throw them out and start with a solid greens product. We recommend Dynamic Greens from Nutrition Dynamics. It's clean and delivers what it says it will. It comes in a handful of great flavors as well. 

2. Vitamin D3 - This has gained even more traction since the introduction of COVID. It has a huge positive impact on the immune system. Americans lack this nutrient in a big way and those of us in northern states even more than others south of us. The average adult needs between 600-1000 IU's a day. The best form is a liquid and not a capsule. Drop it under your tongue for best results. We suggest the Nutrition Dynamics version of this as well. 

3. Probiotics - This again is a massive booster to your immune system amongst other things. Your body needs healthy/good bacteria to combat the bad ones. The American diet does not make this conducive. We MUST supplement with Probiotics. There is a ton of research that supports this. We suggest the Advocare Probiotic Restore. 

It's that simple. You don't need a pile of pills to be healthy. You need a few things, consistently. Start with these. That's all I use myself. It's what my entire family uses. We give all 3 of these to our kids in lower doses. They work. 
For less than $2.50/day you can take these products. It's less than a gallon of gas. It's a very inexpensive way to get and stay healthy and strong this winter.
