Functional Medicine is an individualized, patient-focused model of care that helps discover the root cause of chronic disease and empower patients toward optimal wellness. It focuses on WHY the patient has particular symptoms or diseases. Functional Medicine aims to treat the whole person rather than simply masking symptoms.

Theragun Therapy is a new instrument used in the fitness industry. The drill like movement uses fast, soft blows over a short time to shock muscle fibers. The rapid taps help muscles release tension and bring blood flow to the area. This relaxes the muscles and allows them to heal.

This a convenient, therapeutic sessions aimed at breaking up tight muscles, scar tissue and adhesion to improve range of motion, functional capacity and comfort.

A DOT exam is a quick simple exam on your overall health and ability to operate a commercial vehicle safely.

Our office will fill out all the necessary paperwork to process the exam results. We will provide you with all necessary paperwork for the DOT and also a copy for your employer. We will also provide you with a DOT medical card (we provide a laminated version so it will last!).

Turn right onto Fleur Dr, and then turn right to merge onto IA-5 N toward Norwalk/I-35. Merge onto IA-5 N, and then use the left 2 lanes to merge onto I-35 N toward Minneapolis. Take exit 72C for University Ave toward Clive, and then use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto University Ave. Turn right onto NW 123rd St, turn left onto Stratford Dr, and then turn right onto NW 124th Ct. Delta Health will be on your sight.

We are open from Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 18:00, on Friday 07:00 - 13:00, and on Saturday, 08:00 - 09:00.
